When browsing the villas, how do I figure out the price for my villa rental?

We made sure to include an indicative price while you browse or search for your villa. However, consider that the listed price is usually the average price, and the actual price depends on the period in which you plan your holiday.

Alas, there is no standard period among our selections of villas, and each villa has a different pricing schedule according to its specific season division.

So, please don't hesitate to contact us for a more precise pricing about your choice! An interest email is not binding, so, why just don't give it a try?

Are the prices per person?

No, unless otherwise stated in the villa description, all our listed prices are per week of stay, no matter how many people rent a villa and share the holiday.

Can I book without using the internet?

Of course you can! Don't hesitate to contact us by phone and speak with our specialist about your villa rental: if you are not sure which is the villa for you, he can surely help you out with your selection.

Our villa specialists live in this land and know our villas first-hand; they can help you with every need you may have: review availability for your selections, answer your questions and curiosities and discuss the best options for your Italian trip.

How can I be sure of my booking?

Right after we receive your booking and check the availability for the villa you chose, we will send a confirmation back to your preferred contact method; then, a rental contract will be issued and we will ask you for a deposit to secure your vacation dates, since villas work on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I have additional services on site?

Yes, once the villa has been secured, our guest aide will assist you with any arrangement you need, from car rentals, to provisioning, from guides to private chef services. Don't hesitate to ask for everything you need to experience the most comfortable holiday.

What will I have as a confirmation?

A final document is presented prior to arrival to confirm everything that has been arranged and to provide all the contact information you will need on site.

Will it be difficult to find the villa I rented?

We will make sure to always have someone to pick you up upon your arrival or, if you are self-sufficient as regards the means of transportation, we will point you to the spot with plain and clear directions.

Who will I find in the villa?

Once at the villa, you will find our staff members to give you a warm welcome, you are handed the keys, given a short tour and then you just have to enjoy your vacation.
